Strub "Trocken" Gruner Veltliner 2015
The Strub family has been making wine in Germany since 1710. This is an unusual bottling where we have an indigenous, Austrian variety thriving in Germeny! Gruner is known for its green/ vegetal nose with notes of snap pea, edamame, radish and lentils. However, this grape is always acidic, light and particularly mineral driven. A great value on the "2 for $25".
