Radikon Ribolla Gialla 2013 1L
Made with all estate fruit (100% Ribolla Gialla) the vines are over 50 years old. The wine is produced with all natural yeast, no temperature control, and given months of skin contact. It is finished by bottle aging with the lees for 3-4 years in large vats. Absolutely no sulfur is used and vineyard is completely organic.
