    Il Censo is a collaboration between Giampiero Bea (son of Paolo Bea) of Umbria and Gaetano and Nicoletta Gaegano of Sicily. Their "700" label is 100% Nero d'Avola and is only the third vintage of this newer addition to the Il Censo line up. The name, "700" is a reference to the altitude in meters of the vineyards.
