Weingut Gantenbein Riesling 2019

This super special Riesling comes from a teeny tiny plot from the Gantenbein Estate in Graubunden, Switzerland. The couple farms 6 hectares (about 15 acres) themselves and do all of the cellar work by hand. They make one wine per variety per vintage.
